Mike is usually your first point of contact for administrative information.
An ex-Sapper with the Royal Engineers in the British Army and more recently a Firefighter and Training Instructor with the Scottish Fire Service, Mike now spends his winters as a Ski Instructor in the Europa Sport region of Zell am See - Kaprun. Mike is an excellent motivator and enthusiatic leader and assists in many of our hikes and group activities.

As an osteopath, Julia has always believed that many of the problems seen in clinic, whether simple back pain, headaches or sports injuries have their origin in simply not being fit to perform in daily life. She endeavours to give patients as much information as possible, both within the clinic setting and during work shops and the residential Fit to Live retreats, so that they can make clear choices about how to look after their own health, fitness and happiness. .
Julia continues to hold regular clinics at her practice in central London.
